Refund policy

At FormiiCutter, we want every customer to be happy with their tools and supplies.  
If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
• We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Incorrect / Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping
• For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer.
• For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return or replacement costs.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items
• Digital files (if applicable)
• Used or altered items
• Clearance items
